Absolutely horrific service. Stood waiting for someone at the till no one to be seen, had to go into the kitchen to get someone's attention. Finally ordered our food. Asked of we wanted any condiments to which I replied yes please. I had to go back again to remind her she was going to get them. Utterly disgusting really. So many others waiting and complaining about the same service.

Absolutely dismal, were do I start. Staff - rude and looking like they hate there job! Food - Breakfast is shocking I asked for pouched egg been burnt and as dry as Gandhis flip flop. Overall customer service is shocking, its definitely going down hill.

The worst breakfast I've ever had in Hartlepool. 14 for a bacon and sausage bun and egg & chips. CPR would have brought the bacon back to life and the sausages were burnt. Needless to say the staff were to embarrassed to even come over and ask if our food was OK. Shambolic. Steer clear.
