        Brilliant service from Ollie, there was a mix up with our online hire order and he sorted it out quickly and arranged same day delivery. Davey who dropped it off was great too, really friendly and helpful.

        Good service, friendly and helpful staff in shop and wood shed. Chap in the shed very helpful, loaning me a saw to cut a couple of lengths.

        Unfortunately tonight a local charity needed a generator a few mins before 5 o'clock, puffing billys generator, could not play music so the team tried to buy a new one this branch declined to remain open to allow us to try and fix it

        So disappointed with the service we received tonight, granted the shop was shutting but we called prior to this and where kept on hold when were desperately in need of a generator, and they wouldn't stay open for us to buy one to keep Puffing Billy going.
