Ordered a bike which wasnt in stock and was offered advice and timeline. Issue with the courier so the bike was delivered to my home address which was way outside the 50mile radius. What can I say - above and beyond. Loving my new bike and still have the warm glow from the kindness and promptness of ensuring I received my bike without delay. Thanks a million. Highly recommended for exceptional service, great bikes and gear.

Brilliant shop we recommend that you visit, we called in and was amazed at the range of cycles in stock. Liam took time to discuss the specification of the cycles, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and we purchased a cycle at a good price, and they provided a delivery service and explained everything.

Paul was so helpful trying to find me a Scott bike that was out of stock. He contacted Scott on my behalf and, when he confirmed the bike I wanted wasn't available, suggested a list of alternatives and offered advice. Thanks Paul!
