I received my bed back in February of which has multiple major faults of which include the headboard thats different heights the divan itself also two different heights theres a metal bar on each side holding it together which wasnt shown on the advertisement there are parts of the fabric which you can see bare wood also I paid extra for the bed to be reinforced of which it isnt just to name the major faults. I contacted the company to which they tried to tell me I only had 7 days to complain which doesnt coincide with the law its now been 2 months of them making excuses stating they have contacted there supplier which has nothing to do with me Ive asked for a collection and refund of which Im entitled too but it seems they arent compliant so I will now have to take the legal route to get a refund. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Couldn't recommended this company more! - I had such a good experience with The Luxury Furniture Company. I made my bed from scratch, start to finish and the staff couldnt be more helpful and attentive to how I wanted my dream bed, from the size of the headboard, colour, fabric, details. everything was spot on and I couldnt have possibly asked for more. They were responsive and helpful after I had paid giving me regular updates of when its due to be made, how long it will take, delivery dates and times. Delivery team were an absolute dream, so nice and got it built and fitted great :) Thankyou so much again team

Amazing service. I asked if they would build me a bespoke bed and they said yes. We are over the moon with the service, the bed and the ottoman and all ar a fraction of the price of other retailers. After sales service is also excellent. Would highly recommend.
