Walkability: Close to Seaton Carew facilties/businesses, and beach.
Food & drinks: No breakfast, even though their entry on here states in two different places that they do breakfast free.

Walkability: Easy access to most places by foot. And a pleasant walk alone the shore to Hartlepool and not too far from Middlesbrough either.
Food & drinks: Again plenty of options and very well priced and excellent eat out.
