        I placed an order with a reference but did not receive an email at all. I called the following day as they have taken payment and I was told that their system does not generate a confirmation email once an order is placed (???) however I should be receiving an invoice once delivered (???). As I was assured the order was placed I called again on the day of the delivery and they advised they cannot track the order and that they are short of staff. They did not send me an email with the courier details either. The order arrived in the late afternoon and... was the wrong order. They said it is not wrong but surely we do not have evidence -none has. They are unable to pay for the return expenses as they say it is not "their fault". I am still waiting for an explanation. This is unprecedented. i have never experienced in the UK or abroad such situation with online shopping. Please stay away!
