Been here before for varieties of blonde several times, but decided to try to go strawberry blonde once and make me dark ginger due to a "miscommunication" (I made it very clear I wanted it light and actually strawberry blonde) to which I was obviously upset my hair was nothing like I had asked them to do. I had even asked at the time why my (brown) roots were not being bleached (as this is what you'd expect for strawberry blonde) but I was told it was not necessary. I haven't been for a good while but I go in today to query something and I'm met with an attitude and told I need someone to come in with me to avoid "miscommunication" (aka not being listened to) otherwise I cannot book an appointment. The attitude was also present last time during the time they made my hair a colour I did not ask for but somehow the blame was put on me. I tried to give this salon another chance and I thoroughly do not recommend it due to the attitude they have when they mess up and just overall. They'll try and make some sort of ridiculous excuse about the ginger "miscommunication" or something else but I know the difference between strawberry blonde and dark ginger (which ended up as a horrible ginger ombr by the way) and I know their attitude is awful. Which is a shame since they can do blonde hair well if you can put up with the attitude.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The salon itself is attractive and clean. I am suffering with hormonal hair loss, which is extremely upsetting and the understanding, kindness and extensive advice from my stylist was much appreciated. The online booking system works very well.
