        I purchased a bike from the Hartlepool store , the man who delt with me wasn't interested wether the bike was suitable for what I wanted it for or wether it was the appropriate size.i asked for the bike to be be built and when I picked it up two days later I was given a checklist of the bike build and adjustments non of which were done but had all been ticked off . Very poor service
