Shocking place to work, run mainly on foreign agency staff, a few are good at their job, the rest not interested in care work, more interested in sitting doing nothing, going to sleep or playing on their phones, not to mention the communication problems,.the local staff who get half the wage of an agency are ran ragged compensating for the lazy and are passionate about their work, I left after 3 weeks as it was so frustrating working in such a chaotic, unorganised, dysfunctional setting. Management need to value their permanent workers and pay a decent wage then maybe they would recruit more good quality local staff who really are in the Job for the right reasons hence the residents would get better care and be happier.
