Lesley Green Acupuncture & Bowen Therapy

I decided I needed some acupuncture to deal with a shoulder problem. This would have taken some weeks treatment but Lesley kindly talked me into a treatment called Bowen Therapy which would only take 3 weeks, was more appropriate and would save me megabucks I was a bit sceptical at first but decided to go ahead. I was even more sceptical after the first treatment because she hardly seemed to do anything. However, the next day I began to feel an amazing difference which lasted 3 days. Following two more weeks of therapy my shoulders are 100% improved and it is still ok a month later with me doing the daily exercises Lesley recommended. Thankyou Lesley and no I cant play bowls

I can highly recommend Lesley i suffered for a year with shoulder pain after a fall with only fifty % movement after only three sessions of the bowen therapy and i have 95% almost there no more painkillers needed wish i had heard of this treatment earlier

I have recently visited Lesley for a B12 injection. My doctor had told me that I had a B12 deficiency and after months of taking b12 supplements I felt no different. I was suffering with extreme fatigue, brain fog, headaches and memory loss/confusion. I contacted Lesley who arranged a consultation for me, Lesley was knowledgeable and friendly which instantly put me at ease. Within a day or two of having the injection I felt such a difference. I am able to get through a working day without that overwhelming tiredness and the headaches have gone. I feel like a different person - Thank you Lesley!

I went to see Lesley after a very positive recommendation from a friend. I had been suffering with acute pain in both knees, tennis elbow, pain in one finger and restricted movement in my neck and shoulder. After my initial consultation she decided on acupuncture for my knees, elbow and hand then Bowen Therapy for my neck and shoulder problems. All I can say is the results have been outstanding, no pain at all in my joints, and I have much more movement in my neck, if any pain does come back I will certainly go back for treatment. Lesley is very professional and her treatment room has a nice relaxing atmosphere, cant recommend her enough!

I saw Lesley after severe back pain the started in February. I have stenosis of the spine. My problem was that the back pain was so severe that I was unable to do the exercises to help. When I saw Lesley I was very opened minded and receptive of any treatment that would help. By my second treatment I was able to walk freely and more relaxed in my movement. On the 3rd treatment I stopped taking my naproxen. Ibam now back gardening and also walking knf which is suchcan important part of my life. I am it completely Pain free, but alot better. On an odd occasion I feel my back sore. This is wonderful in comparison to not sleeping on an evening due to the extent of the pain ......Thank you Lesley x
