Been waiting 14 weeks for some products now, the only way to get a response out of support is to post something publicly... you will get ignored any other time. Promised to sort on 3 different occasions, blames covid and royal mail for their issues... AVOID, unless you are a fan of waiting months for items that you need to chase

Avoid like the plague, dealt with them for over a year and every single order was plagued with issues and delays and communication is near non-existent. Use a more reputable competitior like ARMA or someone else with much better reviews and standing, you'll regret it if you dont.

Product they offer is top notch however their communication is abysmal. Expect to be waiting months on months for replies to your emails/orders. Waited 77 days so far for a reply to a ticket regarding commission - Only way you ever get to communicate with Jamie/support is when you publicy out them on Twitter. They have absolutely no intention of reading or replying to emails/their own ticket system. They've unbelievable quality with their products but is it really worth the stress of waiting 6 months for a simple reply to an email. Absolutely not.
