    I have recently completed the 6 week programme and was thoroughly impressed with Petra's professionalism and enthusiasm. The work outs were well balanced and progressively harder each week. The nutrition guides were easy to follow and have instilled healthy habits- much better than any other diets I have tried in the past. Petra shared podcasts each week which were informative and helpful, and she was very quick to answer questions and make adaptions as and when needed. I highly recommend Patra Bland Fitness for anyone looking to improve fitness, health and diet in a supportive and fun environment.

    Petra's coaching style strikes the perfect balance between being relaxed and focused on achieving proper technique, which has definitiely helped me improve my form. Petra is also skilled at encouraging me to push myself outside of my comfort zone, and as a result, I have seen great improvements in my weight lifting. Additionally, Petra knows how to make the classes fun, which is a huge bonus! Her upbeat and positive attitude helps create a motivating and engaging environment. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, skilled, and motivating personal trainer, I highly recommend Petra! :)

    I signed up with Petra 7 weeks ago following recommendation from my daughter. Over the years I have tried loosing weight by various methods but none lasted more than a couple of weeks. I am 58 years old and so was unsure whether lifting weights would be right for me as I d no experience of this type of exercise. However Im really enjoying and can see progress as the exercises are getting easier and I m able to do much more than when I started. The nutritional advice is easy to follow and means I m never hungry. My wins so far are - have lost a stone in weight - have dropped a dress size and had to buy new jeans ! - family and friends have noticed I ve lost weight - my knees would hurt climbing stairs are now pain free I feel I m now well on my way to more healthy life style and feel sure I ll get to my goal weight in the next few months. Thank you Petra !!
