        Phoned the service dept regarding an option for a motor even gave them their part No, to be met with them asking one question if I had an account which I said no he went on to give me a number for a stockist who was useless and said I need to go back to Manufacturer, bloody useless service, in the end went to Crompton who couldn't have been more helpful and gave me the option I needed, so if you are looking for an electric motor go to a company who cares Brook Crompton

        rubbish motors, bad customer service. will make up any excuse not to cover motors under warranty. be very aware of the internal quality of these motors
