        Out of date, needs upgrading. Poor service, cheaper drug versions used. Doctors conflicting with consultants. Wasting patients time getting patient to do what their staff should be doing. Protocols not followed correctly. Need full time GPs, more staff and a system overhaul. Weve changed surgeries.

        The receptionists are very nice. ...I cannot say the same about the doctors. Not a pleasant experience. Unfortunately we have to change clinic.
