Lost my 34yr old boy Radar recently and they dealt with everything for me can't praise them enough the man who came to pick Radar up was so nice he stayed talking to me for about 10 minutes afterwards which really eased a very upsetting time. Thankyou so much for this

Edge close recently collected and cremated our lovely mare after she passed. Hannah and Elizabeth were absolutely fantastic with us, very sympathetic and considerate,we were absolutely distraught. Nothing was to much trouble ant they were there every time we called. Mandy, the lady who collected our mare was so good with us, she was also really respectful of our mare, who wasn't just a dead horse to her. She helpef us so much in such a tramatic time. Whilst I wouldn't wish loosing a loved pet on anyone, if you find yourself in this awful position I cannot CANNOT recommend edge close highly enough. These people really do care about what they do. Thank you so much for all you done for me and my wife, and most of all for our beloved Sara.

Visited today for the cremation of my daughter's beloved pet. Staff were compassionate and understanding, and the ashes were ready for collection 2 hours later. Thank you.

My mare was collected promptly & respectfully. The lady on the phone organising the collection was polite and appeared to take my requirements into considerstion. I called a few days later to confirm my wishes & to request a copy of the payment receipt (payment has to be made before the collection is undundertaken). However after this things did not go to well; the receipt had to be chased on a number of occassions and devastatingly upon collection of the ashes my mares shoes had not been kept as requested at the time of collection and in follow up phone calls. I have emailed Edge Close to express how upsetting this is and asked for the shoes to be located from their scrap bin (we were advised this is where they go after cremation, at the time of collecting the ashes) and delivered to my home address. To date I have not received and acknowledgment of my emails or my mares shoes!
