No Hands Massage

I have been having sessions with Mungo for over a year and honestly couldn't rate it highly enough. Mungo creates a safe, warm and yet professional space for the treatments. I personally have gained so much from no hands massage. It's such a deeply restorative and nourishing treatment that allows me to relax on a whole different level! I feel my whole body relax within moments, my breathing slows and I feel deeply connected to my body. That feeling lasts for days after a treatment. When I find myself in stressful situations I now tap into that feeling I have when I am in a session with Mungo which really helps me to manage feelings of anxiety. Just wanted to say I have been receiving treatments for over 5 years. No hands massage is an unique experience each session is different. Having treatment in the yurt adds an extra dimension. Mungo techniques are always updated with his passion for his work. I feel the benefits of the session until my next appointment. It's amazing for my wellbeing and would recommend Mungo, try this treatment with an open mind. You won't be disappointed.
