A stunning property with a large spacious rooms. Our king bedroom at the front of the house had open views across the countryside. The room (and house) beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. Judy the host was delightfully friendly, helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice and served in a delightful dining room. Highly recommended!

This woman , sorry hostess with the mostess , IE hostess with the most arrogant manner imaginable . It's as if we were intruding on her privacy at breakfast time . She watched how much cereal we put in our bowls ( 2 adults in their 60's) came over and asked if we could manage to get any more in the bowls . I had two yoghurts as I prefer it on my cereal , she came over and said there were more people to feed !!! I'm a vegetarian so don't have a full English breakfast . I went back to get another yoghurt . It was sour , looked and it was out of date . Put my hand up to catch her cold stare like a school girl . I pointed it out and loudly in a half full dining room , she accused me of planting it there . To that remark we told her we were going up to pack and left 20 for our one nights stay , should have been 3 !! I said that's all it was worth giving the abuse we'd been given . Funnily enough two other mature couples did the same . Don't know why .............?!?!?!?!
