I bough some logs from here as my own suppliers couldn't deliver for a few weeks so I needed logs now so when I paid for delivery the logs were wet I messaged him straight away and he said they will dry out in a few days, logs should be fit to burn straight away and I have messaged him lots but he won't reply back until I told him I'm going to the shop to complain than he said I can return the big bag and get another bag how on earth could I even get it in my small car even though I paid for delivery a week later he hasn't responded to any messages and he was quick enough to take my money but doesn't want to know his wood is wet and won't burn I am sick of people riping me off and I won't let this go, HMRC says wood has to be able to burn straight away and not wet I have someone coming tomorrow to measure how much moisture there is than I'm going take it further I want my money back and I will go to the shop and take some of the wet wood and show him how wet it is I'm fed up I know how to light log burner had them for many igsyears I cannot burn his logs they are unfit for purpose I have been told to contact the council and get trading standards to look into my complaint which if I don't hear from Aaron by Monday than I will all I want is my money back and he can have his wet unfit logs back

Old lady who works there is rude and disrespectful towards customers. If you shop here hang around for a minute and see what she has to say about you when she thinks you have left, and in front of other customers. Very unprofessional and says a lot about her character when the loyal, elderly customer she was dissing is the most polite and respectful gentleman. Disgraceful

You ought to have more patience and understanding for elderly customers. Calling them a pain and being vile about him once you thought he'd left, he might be 'a pain in the a***' but at least he is kind and would certainly treat peoole with more respect. Shame on you!
