        Absolute top bloke, gave myself a bad lower back injury in the gym and was in agony all night, I texted him at 7am the next morning and had a reply within 20min with an emergency appointment that morning to see me and worked his magic to get me straightened out and also had me come in the following morning and made sure everything was still OK and in place. Very knowledgeable and and approachable guy 10 /10 .

        I went to Kyle a week before I ran my Ultra-Marathon, it was the first sports massage I've ever had - he went above and beyond giving me tips for warm ups and how to take care of my legs and feet. Would highly recommend - very professional and definitely helped me complete my race. Thank you!
