Find it a bit sad that the common thread I see in these reviews is not addressed, but someonenfrom the business always responds to the comments. Stood in the place for about 20 minutes and the phone rang and no one answered. My daughter has spina bifida and tried calling this morning to get no response. I see why. Also have no idea why I wait for 20 minutes when only 2 people are ahead of me. Something is really inefficient. I come from South Africa and have worked with pharmacists there. Never had customers waiting more than 5 minutes. Unfortunate to say the least

I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could! Shocking service! Don't expect to get through on the phone, they do not answer And then if you would like to go into the pharmacy as you have no other choice, expect to wait for at least half an hour I requested a repeat prescription a week before needed ( as advised). 3 items. When I went to collect it, one item had not been returned from the Dr, and they only had one of the other items in stock. Why am I requesting a week in advance for it to still not be ready? I asked how long this would take and was told a week ( 2 weeks after originally requested So off I go with 1 item out of 3 to get to car and realise it is not what I had requested I returned to the pharmacy with the item still sealed and was told it was the same, it was not and I have previously had this conversation I was told quite rudely that they could not do anything and I needed to talk to the Dr. I then asked what I should do with the item I had as it wasn't the correct medication ( that they had told me they had given me and was still sealed). I was told there was nothing they could do as it had left the pharmacy So I am still without medication and nearly 10 down
