I was totally amazed by this form of healing as Ive never really heard much about it. Shelina made me very welcomed and explained exactly what was going to happen during the treatment. Since having the treatment Ive been doing what she has recommended eg with certain affirmations and guidance (drum to my heart beat etc). Plus noticing some changes in my circumstances. Immediately after the treatment as I sat in my car to process everything I had an experience that made me change the way I think about things. Overcoming fear is hard but Im beginning to step out of my comfort zone etc. So watch this space. As I do feel a change of positivity and letting go of old stuff. Thank you Shelina

I have had access bars with Shelina twice now and I absolutely love the results. I will definitely be having this treatment again. Had the great pleasure in meeting the lovely Shelina on a number of occasions during like minded interests. Found out she did Access Bars and I was intrigued as never heard about it before so thought I would try. Even better because Shelina is local to me. The session involved completing a new client medical form consent, and outline as to what would be involved. I lay on the couch, with pillow and blanket in a cosy quiet room in her home. Relaxed with sound bath of bells to begin with. I felt her hands on different pressure points on my head and her soft voice behind me. My experience was very calming, relaxing and spiritual. I saw lots of different lights and even an oak tree as I drifted off to a peaceful state of mind. Aware all the time of where i was. At one point i felt a presence of a passed loved one which was very comforting. Upon waking to Selinas soft voice and sound of bells. I felt even more relaxed and at peace. Next day i still feel calm and slower as if i have had my racing heart beat reduced. I feel more grounded. Thoroughly recommend Selina. One very gifted and compassionate lady xxx
