Emma is the best! Whether you have serious pain or, (like me), just want to sort out your posture, she always knows how to sort it out. She's also really nice to be around:) Definitely the best place in the Cambridge area.

Emma is fantastic, she gets me out of pain every time. Her manner is extremely professional, with a very warm and friendly approach. Her knowledge is constantly updated and she is very highly trained and continues to broaden her knowledge. I would highly recommend Emma (and have done to friends in the past)

Ive been seeing Emma for chronic lower/middle back pain and headaches. She has a wonderful, friendly manner allowing me to feel relaxed and calm, even when Im in pain and feeling vulnerable. Shes highly professional and incredibly diligent. Ive also been seeing her for clinical Pilates on a 1-1 basis which has proved very helpful. Shes a patient instructor who tailors everything to my specific needs. I couldnt recommend her highly enough.

I have collapsed arches and was experiencing hip and knee pain. I'd been seen by the NHS for this and been given some off-the-shelf arch-support insoles, but they were very rigid and uncomfortable and didn't account for the significant differences between my two feet. I decided to look into custom orthotics and settled on this local clinic. Emma and Alex are both great practitioners who immediately put you at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. I had an initial 90-minute assessment to analyse my gait when running, walking, standing and squatting, leg-length assessment, joint motility - the full works. I then had a second shorter appointment where they took a few more measurements and took a template from a pair of my shoe insoles. They show you the analysis and talk you through the issues identified, and explain how and why the insoles will (hopefully) improve your gait and alleviate your pain. A few weeks later, I went back to have my new insoles fitted. They take a few weeks to get used to but they have definitely improved my joint pain. I have far fewer instances of hip and knee pain, especially when running. They are whole-shoe insoles so a bit of a pain to get in and out of shoes, especially boots. You may find you need to size up as a result, and look for deeper footwear to account for the extra thickness; that's my only complaint, really. From memory, the whole service including the insoles was around 500, which I consider excellent value for the level of service and outcome. Highly recommended.
