I called this shop on behalf of family who got the wrong style but they felt the hairstylist would not listen and proceeded to tell them that they must blow dry their own hair at home after having the dryer on a heat that was burning them. I called to book an appointment to redo but what ever happen to customer is always right so to speak as I was met with pure negativity. Just so you know this same stylist acts nice to your face just to know your business and then discusses what she thinks she knows however the problem is is that she then disrespects you as she did to my family member Its fair to say we wont be visiting this salon again - shame on you!!

I've been coming to this shop for years. Two ladies do hair very well. The owner is a disgrace. She is rude. She can't do hair. She only wants money and don't care about her customers. If I didn't leave the shop today I was likely to sin myself. I AM NEVER GOING BACK AND I DONT CARE IF THEY DONT CARE. THEY WONT LAST MUCH LONGER IF THIS IS THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU OFFER. DISAPPOINTED BUT PAYING SOMEONE WHO VALUES MY CUSTOM

Where to start ? I regret deeply going to this salon. I can speak from experience because I have been to other Afro hair salons, my usual hairdresser was fully booked and I tought to give it a try ! I left with tears in my eyes ! The result was of a such poor quality I felt so uncomfortable to walk out publicly like that. I've booked another appointment with a different salon to have everything redone. What a waste of time and money ! Honestly approach good hair salon, invest in yourself, it's better to pay 10 or 20% more instead of wasting the money u spent for nothing ! Disgraceful salon !
