I am very pleased with the service. It was very easy to get a quote for deep clean of bedroom carpet, a 2-seat sofa and a large rug. Some pictures sent via whatsapp and the quote was ready. Booking a slot was just as easy. The cleaning professional arrived rather punctual on the day and brought all the necessary equipment. He was quick, efficient, careful, very respectful of our property and he took care of drying up all water spillages caused (quite unavoidable due to the nature of the job). Just one point for improvement: I would suggest to anticipate to the customers that the machine is pretty loud. It was no problem at all for me today, but I can imagine some people may be working from home while the cleaning is ongoing and this may be a useful piece of information to organise work around it.
