        First time getting a facial abroad (I'm from Canada) so I didn't know what to expect! Anan quickly made me feel comfortable and was so kind, which is a reflection of professionalism + great customer care. She did a great job with the hydrofacial, I was very relaxed too. I instantly saw a difference with my skin and with the different air quality in London vs back home, I am so happy I went (my skin really needed it!). Will be going back in the future and I definitely will be recommending the Vale Aesthetics to others as well.
