I used this garage for a car service. Its in a neighbouring village and is very convenient choice and it meant we got to support a local business. The work (as far as I can tell) has been carried out professionally and have no complaints. They failed to carry out some work (1 part of the service and 1 additional request) for very legitimate reasons, so have no complaints there either. The issue I had was that I appeared to be hindrance for the proprietor from the outset and I dont really no why. He seemed to be frustrated and was abrupt and unpleasant on the phone about his reasons for not wanting to do the additional work. As said previously, I feel his reasons were absolutely legitimate and I accepted them completely, but the delivery very much took me aback. Im not sure I could have been more amiable to this chap throughout our communications but it still felt like Id wronged him in some way. Im not sure why he had this approach, perhaps he was having a bad day or perhaps thats just his general demeanour. Either way, it left me feeling like I would have rather have given my money to another local business. Service: Auto maintenance
