Co-op Food - Harrold

Staff are always great, but they're let down by the management of Co-op, constantly stocking the shelves with products nobody asks for or wants. The choice and selection is pretty bad, as you might buy the same product for 6 months in Co-op, with you personally noting they sell out every month, only suddenly for them not to stock that product. The co-op management don't care about what the people of Harrold and surrounding villagers, when there's probably 4000 of us. I'm sick of the co-op just ignoring what we want. If you don't care about us and what we want to actually listen to us, and stock what we ask for, leave the village don't come back. The arrangement over covid maximising 3 people in the shop was ridiculous, when 3 of those shoppers could include 3 people waiting to be seen in the post office. It could take 20 minutes to get into the shop waiting out in the rain over winter. Hysterically stupid reaction by co-op.

Excellent customer service

A small shop but with a surprisingly large range of products at good prices. The staff are friendly and helpful too. And there is a Post Office at the back of the shop.
