        Brilliant little studio, made me feel instantly welcome! Have been practicing yoga for the last 5 years and joined Yoga Zen about 7 months ago after moving to Harrogate. Charalene and Zoe are the most amazing teachers and I can feel my improvement every week. Small class sizes are definitely a huge bonus. Have found my forever studio!

        The most incredible Yoga studio. Charlene is an amazing Ashtanga instructor and Zoes Yin restores the body in the most wonderful way. Im a beginner yet was mentored with such care and attention that Ive improved greatly (still a long way to go lol). I would give Yoga Zen a 500 star rating if I could do. Its fab!

        Is just great! I've just done a few classes as a beginner and I've enjoyed so much! For me is the perfect class after one day sitting in the office. My body feels great, I'm happier and sleep better! The whole team is very friendly and supportive, especially if you are as me at the beginning. I highly recommend it!
