        Thank you to Darren and the team at Ignite, we are delighted with the installation of our new log burner and can't wait to start using it! Communication from when we emailed to request a quote to fitting has been impecable. We instantly liked Darren from when he came to do the survey/quote, he was very personable and knowledgeable and was very kind listening to our 6 year old daughter even though I'm sure it made him late for his next appointment! Helen was great at communicating throughout, organising a visit to the showroom and confirming all the details in readiness for installation. Darren and his team turned up exactly on time, the two lads who worked with him were lovely and polite. The job was finished in great time and everything cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely recommend Ignite to anybody looking to have a stove installed. Thank you to all the team!
