A Brilliant Job! Ive been pressure washing my Indian stone patio for years, I realise now that Ive been wasting my time. Lee did a fabulous job! He even managed to remove all the little spots and stains of algae and lichen too! It now looks as good as it did on day one. He also did the conservatory, the solar panels, the windows and the coping stones on a retaining wall. Impressive as that is, he also did the roof. Not just a pressure wash, but he actually manually brushed and scraped the entire surface to clear the lichens and the moss. When moss grows under and between the tiles / slates, it causes them to lift opening up leaks and cracks. What a work ethic, what a work rate and what a worker! Lee was reliable and arrived when he said he would every day. He even moved all the patio furniture, plant pots, bins and barbecue, then put them all back when hed finished. Oh! I nearly forgot he did the gutters (cleaned and emptied) soffits, fascias and garage doors too. I dont normally like to pay someone to do jobs I can do myself, but I am so glad I paid OCS this time. Lee has saved me weeks of work that Ive neglected for ages and the house looks renewed. I have no hesitation recommending OCS, and I will willingly having him back next time anything needs doing. A superb job and fantastic value for money!

I used this company to clean up on a new build property. They did the pressure washing of all the new patio which was very dirty came up sparkling. And cleaned the windows inside and out.
