We had a longstanding pipe leak which lead to some rotten joists in our kitchen ceiling. They replaced a section of the upstairs hallway floor, three joists, treated the remaining joists and replastered the kitchen ceiling. I couldn't find a local builder who was willing to do the work so I looked for a specialist. The only downside was the cost was higher than I would have liked/expected BUT you get what you pay for. Every stage of the process was clearly explained and documents which explained the process were provided and were clear and professional. Everyone arrived when they said they would, the workmen were efficient, the work was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again if the need arose.

An in-depth survey and report quote. Work carried out in living room and bottom of stairway. I was pleased with communication with the guys on site when issues arose. They kept the area as clean as they possibly could and finished earlier than expected, pleased with the result.

I recently had extensive damp Proofing to 2 walls in my lounge & was very impressed with work carried out by Kevin & Martin from ALLERTON DAMP PROOFING. Considering the amount of mess that I envisaged for this work, Kevin & Martin prepared my home by covering floors & walkways & furniture as needed so minimizing mess & disruption.
