Extremely poor service after being booked via the AnyVan portal. Initially online tracking was working right up until the point the item was picked up and then it stopped working. Item has been damaged beyond repair due to negligence (mattress which has been severely over tightened and had destroyed the internal frame). The delivery location have sent me photos clearly showing the damage to the item and the strap is still attached to the van and this matches the location of the damage however this company denied any responsibility in this despite overwhelming evidence. The Driver also became abusive towards the staff at the delivery location who quite rightly refused to accept the damaged item. I also received text messages from him while I was on the phone to Anyvan who were told by the driver the item was delivered laying on the floor of the van - and then sent me pictures clearly showing it standing on its side and it could not have ever been laying down as there was what appeared to be ladders and tools over the floor. Since then I have sent a letter by recorded delivery to the address listed for this company only to be contacted by someone else claiming that the owner of this business has not been there since October 2018. On the website (which has since been removed) it listed a Limited Company Reference number which was related to another company to do with asset management which ceased trading in October 2018. I also understand the address listed has been visited by Bailiffs on a number occasions but have been unable to trace the owner of this business. I have since been provided with another address by the AnyVan portal and again sent a recorded delivery letter. The letter is now being returned to me as no-one was available to sign for the letter and re-delivery had not been requested. I am sure he has been happily accepting work during this period but choosing to ignore letters. I am about to issue a summons to County Court to recover my expenses and recover the losses I have incurred. think very carefully about using this company as he clearly has no intention of looking after your property and when you try and contact him he ignores you in the hope you will go away. As I said I am about to issue a County Court Summons and felt the need to warn other people about this company 26th august update. I made a claim through the money claims.gov website for the loss I have suffered. However the "trusted" transport partner has not responded and this has now been escalated to a CCJ being registered against him and I will be pursuing this to reclaim my costs.

Initially called to hire a small van on the day to move house as the place I lived had a difficult driveway/road to navigate down. As I was not confident with vans they offered to help me drive and move for a great price and meant I didn't have to worry about van size or insurance. Had a nice easy chat along the way as I have 3 stops for furniture so really made for a stress free move defiantly glad I got a helping hand moving.

Needed a van at short notice and Paul was able to provide one very easily and flexibly. Pleasure to deal with. Avoid turning the vans round in the surrounding small roads - some of the local residents were concerned about vans backing into their fences so go careful!
