I have purchased many cars over the years but generally these have been new cars from main dealers, and I have become accustomed to the mediocre (read non-existent for Tesla) customer service that they provide. A couple of weeks ago my dream car came up for sale at Lowton Brook so I phoned them up as soon as I saw it advertised. I was expecting to get an answerphone as it was quite late on a Sunday evening, but they answered the phone within a couple of rings and that was the start of a purchasing process that has been flawless and heartening. I live more than 200 miles away from the dealership, have a fairly hectic life, so am extremely appreciative of the level of service I received from Lawton Brook. I asked a lot of questions about the car and always got a thorough, professional, and timely response without me needing to chase them. They had a fantastic amount of knowledge about the car, its previous history and they consulted the previous owner about the more left field queries that I came up with. No request was too much trouble, and everything was handled in a polite professional manner. They were very accommodating of the RAC inspection that I organised and went out of their way to arrange my test drive on a Sunday morning. It was lovely to meet them, they made me feel very welcome and special. They arranged for the car to be delivered to me by covered trailer which was offloaded by a polite, chatty, and friendly driver; now my dream car is sitting in my garage, and I am grinning from ear to ear. Thank you, thank you thank you Lawton Brook, I cant recommend you highly enough for making the purchase process so easy and rewarding.
