Sherwood Executive Cars

Wow! Just called them for quote for an airport pick up! Never experienced such an arrogant response, because i dared to call them on a bank holiday! I was told to call a taxi company and the phone slammed down on me! Unbelievable!!!

Used them for airport pick-up, and transport for our Chinese Client. Worked perfectly for us, and we had a happy client.

Called and they answered 'hello', I said 'is that Sherwood executive cars', he said 'yes, who is this', I said 'is it inconvenient', he said 'email me' and hung up!! You won't be in business for long with such a terrible attitude!

Tried to hire them and they were insistent on doing things for their own convenience, like pick us up before we would be ready. Wanted to send two vans rather than one, presumably because they assumed I wasn't paying for it personally. When I politely told them I had made other arrangements that provided a better fit for my needs, they responded with a snide reply (when no reply was necessary). Very unprofessional, I'm glad I worked out a solution on my own.
