Terrible. They are happy enough to sell you a product but won't do anything if it is faulty. I personally would not buy from there again. I have a friend and the same happened to her I should have followed her example. I have just take your money and that's it. Never had such poor customer service.

This is definitely the best vape shop in Harrogate. The lovely gentleman there fully talked me through what I wanted and found the best vape for my needs + set everything up without trying to upsell. Cut to a few weeks later and someone had stolen my vape (after less than a month). I went back in to buy a new one, and the same man provided me with exactly the same one and knocked off 10 because of what had happened. I absolutely rate this place so highly and the man who works there - wish I had his name.

Today i went into this shop and spoke with a very knowledgable owner ! He explained everything about everything and even though i have been vaping for 7 years i learnt some new things today, Excellent service and No pushy sales tactics, I shall return soon !!
