While the man who drove me was incredibly kind and professional, I had no end of a horrible time with the office personnel. Gave payment information multiple times, and each time they said it was declined. There was no issue with the card, as they finally got it to work with the original information. Clearly operator error. We attempted to contact multiple times to remedy the situation, and they were unavailable or the system was down each time. When they finally decided they wanted their payment (which they had the information for the entire time), they called colleagues who had nothing to do with our trip to try to bully us into giving them the exact same information a third time. This time, we insisted they run the card with us on the phone - it went through immediately. They wanted us to email our cc information, which we refused to do. Will never use again and will discourage friends and colleagues from using this company!!!
