Can't thank elite enough we were due to land Leeds Bradford airport last night 18-30 we were redirected to east Midlands due to snow the lass on switch at elite kept in touch with us sorry can't remember her name she was amazing and made sure there was taxis there to pick us up when we got back by coach to Leeds Bradford.amazing driver's and company thank you so much Elite xx Service: Limousines

Been using Elite for about three (3) weeks now. Service is exceptional - nice cars - great drivers. Always on time, usually waiting for me! I have used them twice a day - in and out of work - and they have proved to be extremely reliable, and very flexible, if you have to change your plans. I don't understand where the 1-star reviews come from! Certainly not from me! They know how to look after their customers. 5-stars from me. Update - 04/03/21 - Now been using them 5 days a week x 2 trips, for longer than I can remember! Punctual, nice cars, and all the drivers are very friendly, extremely competent, and drive in a "suitable way", if you know what I mean! Swift but safe. (I am an ex-4WD off-road competition driver). Very good *****. Pete B Jim is a great character, and we have become very good friends. (he is my normal driver, 5 days x2). Occasionally, I have asked him to make minor detours, at short notice, for my personal benefit.. He is most accommodating in this respect. I love the company and the service! 14/07/2021 - Update:- Occasional "hiccups"are expected, and understood. You generally get told (txt) if there is a traffic problem. Really, fantastic service! I'm still with them, a year down the line! I thoroughly recommend this company! Now 21/02/22:- All of their drivers are great characters, extremely competent, and very adaptive! This I like! Paul is the comedian in the office! Should have been on stage ... doing "stand-up"! However ... after two (2) years, I am still with them. They delver you, somehow, on time ... and that's all I care about! The in-car banter is a bonus! 20-Dec-22 - update:- It must be nearly three (3) years, since I've been with Elite! Still with them, but surely we should be "engaged" if not "married" by now!? The cars are excellent, but it's the drivers that make this outfit special. Jim, John, Marco, Amanda, Steve, Terry, ... quite honestly they are ALL on a par with each other! Y'know, at the end of a very busy working day, when you've sometimes been working on your own, all day ... it is so good to talk to somebody ... or not .... whatever you choose!?
