        I have nothing but praise for Gary and his skills with ims, Gary is a genuine genius. He has helped me on so many occasions with sciatica (fixed first time and had had for 6 months prior) still hasnt returned 5 years later. My shoulders on a couple of occasions and the same with my lower back. I cant recommend him highly enough.

        Gary's IMS technique which is like dry needling was so effective at resetting my nervous system that I haven't had a recurrent issue with tension headaches in over 2.5 months. Normally I need monthly dry needling visits to manage the tension headaches. Highly recommend seeing Gary if you have recurrent pain issues. Excellent service too.
