We had a problem with our booking due to miscommunication with the booking agent and Imagine. Got treated like we were massively inconvenient when we came for our visit, we didnt kick up a fuss but got treated like we did. We got short attitude from the staff and it made our visit quite unpleasant. Wouldnt return but its a shame because the facilities and place is a lovely setting to have a relaxing weekend.

Absolutely filthy. If I could leave negative starts I would. Dont waste your money. Floors havent been cleaned, sticky and dirt all over, no one informed us that we would need to bring are own flip flops type shoes. Walking barefooted on floors covered in mould and dirt. The spa and pool area again has green algae type mould especially on the floor in steam area. Pool is run down dirty and the top step down into the pool is black with dirt. Falling to bits hardly anything works. No drinking water, pretty sure you are meant to stay hydrated while having spa treatments. Ladies changing smelt so bad, so dirty. Staff are not interested, yes if you ask for something they will do/bring what you have asked for. When asked to why it was so dirty, reply is its getting pulled down. If you have paying customers it needs to be clean. Actually never been to anything like it before. Worst experience ever.
