        Don't be fooled by the aesthetics!!!!! Despite saying they have a specialised floor for those with dementia most staff don't know how to treat those with dementia. My Grandad got upset and angry being told what to do (advanced dementia and was confused, staff could have left him doing what he was already doing) staff then pushed my Grandad so much that he became erratic and the staff called the police on him!! This was completely uncalled for and was very distressing for my whole family. We moved him to another care home with properly trained staff and he lived out his final days in peace.
