Received excellent customer service from James at Best Electric. Had a slight issue with the courier company but it was rectified immediately. The products are also brilliant. Really happy all round!

Massive shout out to the Best Electric team . I have one of their Slim Line Heaters which has been a brilliant purchase. The other day it stopped working , I called then today and they sent me a step by step video of how to fix the problem which saved me 140. Their customer service is fantastic and always on the end of the line. Thanks again!

I bought 4 radiators from here replacing my storage heaters. They are a great replacement but I feel they dont heat the room to what they read on the display even after the calibration. Dont get me wrong they do a good job but heaters seem to shut off before the whole room has hit the desired temperature so I am finding myself raising the temperature just so the rest of the room feels warm.
