        Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.I use this and surrounding post offices regularly.They all are busy inundated with Christmas rush with Royal Mail strikes etc but still serving with a smile.well done staff.

        This is my favourite post office! I will go out of my way to use this one- very cheerful and a real can do attitude. These staff should be post office trainers! (Thanks Sam in particular for todays good service)

        The worst experience ever.. nearly one hour queuing as they only have 1 member of staff on, poor lady is answering the phone and serving

        After using this Post Office for the last 15 years whilst running my online business, I have to state that the ladies that work behind the counter are the most helpful, hard working & friendly people who actually cheer my day up, I have seen many people man the counters over the years but none as friendly as Sam & Lyndsey, keep up the great work ladies, Knaresborough needs you.

        Nice enough staff, but waaaaay too slow. Queue was out the shop and another 10m, but yet they only have 1 counter open. Go to Starbeck one, much better service
