Called for a emergency plumber they asked for us to pay in the booking phonecall for the service and promised would be out in 1-4 hours. Arrived in the agreed time frame and i must say the work completed was fantastic. Thanks guys will be calling you again rest assured.

Boiler replacement and upgrade of all radiator valves to TRVs. Very satisfied with the work. The boiler was installed as quoted. Friendly and reliable and at a competitive price. Would definitely recommend and will call upon again for a change of a bathroom radiator.

I shopped around to replace a 50 gallons water heater. True Heating - Emergency Plumber offered me the best prices no hidden fees. They installed new water heater and hauled away the old one. They were wearing shoe covers, masks and gloves and left no mess after they were done. Great company, honest, good prices. Definitely will use them in the future.

This may be a plumbers but is an answering service for other plumbers. They overcharge even by London rates and when I contacted them the guy was unwilling to be reasonable and was condescending and rude, terrible customer service. Time of call out was 18.08. The plumbers that came WERE HONEST about the fact that it was a 2 minute job turning a tap on an overflow LITERALLY. Also they quoted 185 for call out +1hr but when the receipt arrived it was for 226.80. Most companies quote a price including vat when you pay upfront over the phone. Considering current pandemic, and the fact that people are suffering financially this companys business practices are appalling. BEWARE. Service: Plumbing leak detection
