Don't bother. Wasted 10 minutes of my time stood waiting for them to actually come from the back and ask what I needed. Turned out they didn't have it. They seriously give the impression that the customer /patient isn't important.

Tried to give 0 stars but it won't let me! Rude unhelpful people. Been trying to pick up my repeat prescription for over a week. It's pot luck as to when it's open and every month it's the same thing.....can't find it! Then they say the drs haven't sent it (my app says differently and so do the drs) Avoid at all costs! Useless!

Don't waste your time. Learn from my mistakes. My doctor sent my emergency prescription to this pharmacy as it was supposed to be late night. Turns out it shuts at 6pm. 1 trip wasted. Came back at 9.15 to be told your emergency prescription still hasn't been processed and it will take 25 minutes to prepare. I opted for coming back later Came back on the same day at 13.10 to be told that there were no staff to dispense available and wouldn't be back until 14.00 (gone from a 25 minute wait up to 50 minute wait. I again, opted to leave and returns I could go back to work. Finally returned at 16.00 to successfully pick up my prescription. after 4 trips and 12 miles of driving. This branch is terrible and I will not be returning.

Most unhelpful pharmacy ever. The reason I choose this pharmacy was because it is meant to be open until 10pm and as I struggle to get to others before 6pm. They have now put a piece of paper cello-taped between the to tills saying they shut, turned up two evenings for my medication thinking it was a one off the night before as good old google still states it opens until 10pm. Following two evenings of it being shut I had ran out of medication so had to make a mad dash in my lunch break to collect only to be stood waiting to be served while the staff talked about an Amazon prime documentary. Once there pointless conversation has ended I was served by a rude woman who did not have a name badge on, she took my name and went to get my prescription, I stood thinking finally I can get my much needed meds!ooohhh no she then came back to say its not ready as they are running a week behind on prescriptions and id have to wait half an hour. I explained Id put the repeat in over a week ago and that I didnt have half an hour as I was on my lunch break and already only has 10 minutes at a push as I had to travel back to which she said take the prescription to another pharmacy near work. Again I had to explain that if there was one near work Id be using it. I asked if I could have some emergency medication for today as I had ran out which they had done for me before and she said no. In the end I took the prescription as I did not want a third trip to get meds and a family member took it the next day to another pharmacy. An absolute joke to collect one prescription. Opening times can change to suit and they can run a week behind without letting anyone know in advance. Never had such problems in 15 years of collecting medication. Avoid at all cost.
