Staff unhelpful and painfully slow, and they never answer the phone. Prescription is never ready even after a week or more. You always have to wait over 30 mins even when there is no-one in the shop.. terrible service, really recommend you go elsewhere. Shame you cannot give zero stars as they are not worth the one you are forced to give..

my dads medication is never on time, hes is very poorly and needs the meds, never answer the phone, delivery is always at-least a week late

231222 Counter server always seems obstructive & unhelpful - sometimes boarding on dishonesty! Rest of hard working staff ok. Been like this for years, such a disappointment & disservice to the local community/other staff & so easily rectified with a little training & using a system. Why does it have to be like this - Well? Shameful.

Pointless phoning as no one ever picks up.Staff appear undertrained and overwhelmed and offer zero customer service. Always lengthy queues sometimes out the door so avoid if you possibly can!

Been using them for a while now, at least 6 months. Compared with Lloyds on Knaresboro' Road, (THE most dire outfit on the planet!), this lot are pretty good. They are NOT good at answering the phone - this is a mistake as ultimately it would reduce queueing, as people would not turn up unless they knew things were ready. However, queueing aside, they are organised, they know what they are doing, and they have a system (electronic) that works! They know where everything is, and service is prompt, when you finally get to the front of the queue! I would suggest:- Every day, allocate one person to answer the phone! Have a separate "queue channel" for customers who know their prescription is ready! That would also reduce queueing! I have found them to be courteous and efficient, not withstanding the above suggestions. I will be continuing to use them.

I would suggest:-
