Staff were so friendly and helpful

The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable, this pharmacy is vital to us and a great part of the community. Recently I visited with my little boy who seemed to just be under the weather, but the staff spotted he needed an emergency doctors appointment: he had viral bronchitis and para influenza - these were both going round at the time but I was unaware - and their swift action caught these really quickly, Louie only needed one overnight in the hospital and he was fine, and this was because of the staff at Knaresborough Road Lloyds. Brilliant work, and honestly every time we visit the staff are so friendly it's a pleasure.

Handed in my prescription for some urgent medicine of which they didn't have it in stock a gentleman said he would call me the following day when it arrives. The next day I have called up just befire closing time and a lady mentions that it didn't arrive and she would call me the following day to confirm if it does arrive or she will give me the prescription to try elsewhere. Seems rather poor tbf considering that my partner has the same flu and hers has arrived using boots. Should of gone to boots lol

Appalling! Totally appalling! Possibly THE MOST disorganised shambolic outfit I have ever had displeasure of dealing with. They don't know what they've got, who it's for, where it is, or even if they've got it at all! Shocking service! In the end, there were so many customers waiting (for prescriptions!), that she locked the door to stop people getting in! I waited three quarters of a hour for a prescription that was ready - and I had phoned in advance to be sure - and I had a taxi waiting outside! If I could give them minus stars ... I would. I have instructed my Doctors - we never deal with them again! BTW ... I am a Quality Control Auditor, with 17 years experience, within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Personally, I would shut them down. Go anywhere .... but don't go here!
