It's taking longer to get prescriptions, it used to be 3-4 days from ordering to collection. Now they suggest over 1 week when you order online. Many times when I go to collect on the appointed day, I have to wait up to 30 minutes for them to sort my prescription. Staff polite but service is deteriorating.

If you want to wait 45 minutes for a prescription then yeah it's OK.They don't appear to have any organisation,communication or the right staffing levels to cope with demand.

I attended to collect a script on my way to work, having checked that both the website and the sign in the door advertised 8am opening. The door was locked at 8.10am. After a few minutes a very defensive and frosty staff member unlocked the door and announced that the pharmacist was busy and they wouldn't be opening for at least another 20 minutes. There was a queue and we all had to leave. Dreadful.

They are sometimes a bit unreliable with meds, and the staff are not always very polite. They probably need to improve their systems or employ more staff,

Oops - posted this for the other Harrogate branch in error. We have had nothing but excellent service from this pharmacy. This week especially, Lottie and Rachel have gone the extra mile to assist me when Ive not been able to get to the pharmacy and have needed urgent prescriptions for my husband and myself. As an ex- NHS employee I appreciate how much u dear pressure everyone in health care is with the current situation, but all the Cohens staff with whom we have contact have been unfailingly courteous and friendly. Thanks for great service.
