Pleasant staff but nobody ever answers the phone and recently stopped opening Saturdays

A few months ago having had a doctors appointment I visited the pharmacy to pick up the prescription issued by my doctor. The pharmacy was incredibly busy with dozens of people waiting to pick up prescriptions. At this point the staff were under incredible pressure from customers unhappy at the waiting time. The staff members dealt with every person with patience, kindness and understanding and to be frank it was both impressive and inspiring to watch. I had been in the queue for about 20 minutes and with each minute my pain was worsening to the point where I became quite emotional and started tearing up in the queue. A lovely lady behind the desk clocked me came out and kindly took me into the consultation room, sat me on a chair and gave me a water. I was so relieved to be out of that queue and sat down it made the whole experience so much more bearable. After an administrative error on the part of my doctors whom had not sent through the prescription I finally left an hour later with my medication and humbled by the sheer kindness of the staff. They checked on me several times between customers while I sorted everything out and I genuinely couldn't have been more grateful at that moment. Thank you all involved :)

Ive found this pharmacy to be helpful, diligent and quick to respond to my requests. The staff are friendly, eager to resolve problems (I have to use SPINE codes for my meds as I work away and they always process them quickly). They would definitely be my preferred pharmacy if I lived in the area.
