He then snths. At first ok. Then was sent back to us still matted and told to buy a brush which looked like barbed wire.
Dog now so frightened ned had to be sedated to get cut. No longer trusts people. Will not wear a collar or lead.
God knows what happened that day.
Complained but did no good.
These groomers should be regulated.
