All 5 cats turned their noses up, and let me tell you they're definitely not fussy eaters! Was an awful colour and smell so I don't blame them, didn't smell or look fresh at all. A high price point for what you actually get for it all to go in the bin. Won't be purchasing again.

we regularly bought from Morrisons but have been unable to find a branch with any stock for the last 2 months, tried phoning the company and asked what is going on, they were evasive and said they would get back to me with an explanation, they didn't, we are now using a more reputable company

My dog is the fussiest eater in all the world. I've tried allsorts of foods and even cooking her meals myself. Didn't think she'd wolf the whole lot in one go...she devoured her meal that she's not done in ages. Highly recommend this food to the fussy eaters out there

The worst experience, avoid at all costs. My first order from them was apparently delivered twice (never was) 3rd attempt arrived about 1 month after the order date and when it arrived it wasn't quite right and rightfully so, my dog didn't eat it. It was impossible to speak to someone or get an answer to my questions. No response to emails or it would take weeks to hear back from the chat feature. I gave Raaw the benefit of the doubt (as this was over December) and ordered again. Well, another month later, no delivery and twice over the last 2 weeks have attampted to reach out to them but to no avail. So, no food and no refund. I moved from one raw food provider to Raaw as I thought it was a better product. DO NOT make the move, it's not Worth the hassle.

I had an awful experience and have found another raw food company. The order was delayed, I repeatedly rang and sent emails with no answer. When I eventually got ahold of someone by telephone they explained their was a 'software issue' and Caitlin was on holiday. They did dispatch my order, however when it arrived some of my order was missing. When the food for my cats defrosted it was dark brown and very smelly like gone off meat, of course my cats refused to eat it. Obviously a raw diet should be fresh raw meet that is red in colour. Thankfully a refund was agreed and that's the only reason they have got any stars at all.
